The Person Behind ELEM Constructions
Hands-On Experience, Backed By Formal Training
Ionnut Hazum founded ELEM Constructions Ltd after more than 20 years working in the construction industry – starting out on site and working his way up through bricklaying, renovations and project management on homes across London.
Alongside that hands-on experience, Ionnut is currently completing his studies in Construction Management at Bath Spa University, due to finish shortly. It’s a combination he believes matters: real years on site, paired with up-to-date industry knowledge, current regulations and modern project management practice.
He set up ELEM Constructions Ltd with one goal – to give homeowners a building company they can trust from the first site visit through to the final handover, with honest pricing, clear communication, and work he’s happy to put his name to.
He’s based on site as often as he is behind a desk – if you spot him at a project near you, that’s exactly where he likes to be.
